At Collaboration Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences and professional tools for dentists and educators. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted for courses, subscriptions, events, and educator services.
By purchasing or enrolling in our programs, you agree to this policy.
1. Courses & Digital Products
Refund Window: Refunds for courses, templates, and digital resources are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
The course has not been completed or more than 25% accessed.
No CE certificate has been issued.
Non-Refundable: Courses where a CE certificate has already been generated are non-refundable, as accreditation requirements prohibit revocation.

2. Subscriptions & Memberships
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, but cancellation will prevent future charges.
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be refunded if canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided no CE certificates have been issued.
3. Live Events, Webinars & Workshops
Cancellation by Attendee: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
Within 7 Days: No refunds are available, but you may request a credit toward a future event.
No-Shows: Registrants who fail to attend without notice will not receive a refund or credit.
Event Rescheduling: If Collaboration Dental reschedules an event, all registrations will be transferred to the new date at no additional cost.
4. Educator & Partnership Services
Custom Website, Hosting, or Setup Fees: These services are non-refundable once work has begun, as they require time and resources.
Ongoing Services: Educators may cancel ongoing hosting, marketing, or platform services with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent course access, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or course credit at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Your full name
Order number or invoice
Course or service purchased
Reason for request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date.
