Welcome to Collaboration Dental. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online courses, services, and community resources. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

  • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete, and accurate.

  • For CE courses, you must meet the requirements set by your local licensing board.

2. Use of Services

  • For Dentists: You may enroll in courses, attend mentorship sessions, and access CE certificates for professional development.

  • For Educators: You may host, sell, and deliver courses on our platform, provided you comply with accreditation and licensing standards.

  • Users agree not to misuse the platform, including by copying, reselling, or distributing course materials without authorization.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Payments for courses, subscriptions, or services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase and before course completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Collaboration Dental — including courses, quizzes, templates, and marketing resources — is protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

  • Educators retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Collaboration Dental a license to host, distribute, and promote it through the platform.

5. CE Certificates & Accreditation

  • CE credits are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, including passing quizzes or assessments where applicable.

  • Collaboration Dental provides PACE-accredited courses but is not responsible for whether your licensing board accepts credits.

  • It is your responsibility to confirm CE requirements with your regulatory body.

6. Disclaimers

  • All content provided through Collaboration Dental is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical or legal advice.

  • Collaboration Dental does not guarantee specific clinical or financial outcomes based on course participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Collaboration Dental is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of income, data, or professional opportunities.

  • Clinical decisions, patient care, and business strategies remain the responsibility of the individual dentist or educator.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unauthorized activity.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
